We use Stripe to securely process payments. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. JC Jigs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.

5. Consumer Guarantees and Your Rights

All purchases are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). This means you are entitled to:

  • A product that is of acceptable quality
  • A product that is fit for its intended purpose
  • A product that matches the description or sample
  • Repairs, replacement, or refunds if these guarantees are not met

We comply with the Fair Trading Act 1986, which prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct and ensures accurate product descriptions.

6. Returns and Refunds

If your item is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the guarantees under the CGA, please contact us at info@jcjigs.co.nz within a reasonable timeframe.

We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate in line with your legal rights.

Change of mind returns: We are not legally required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind. However, we may offer returns at our discretion if the product is unused and in original condition, within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us first to confirm eligibility.

7. Product Use and Safety

Our products are designed for recreational fishing. Always follow safety guidelines and local fishing regulations when using our products. JC Jigs is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss arising from misuse of our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JC Jigs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
