Exchanges and Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at the JC JIGS online store, we will exchange or refund – no worries.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Exchange or return is easy – simply contact us via written email with your purchase date, receipt, and a photo of the goods. We’ll get it sorted, no problem at all.
Refunds
Refunds can take time to process and are usually completed within 7–14 days after we receive the returned items in their original packaging. This delay is due to credit card company processing timeframes.
Sale Items
There are no returns or refunds on sale items.
Gifts
Gifts and gift cards are not redeemable for cash or eligible for returns.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email us at info@jcjigs.co.nz for return shipping instructions.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on where you live.
If you are returning a more expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
